Kings Cottage is a fully renovated Grade II listed property located in the heart of Wokingham and only a short walk from the station with direct rail links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The accommodation which is set over 3 floors comprises; beamed living room with Inglenook fireplace leading through to a refitted kitchen/dining area with stairs leading down to a utility room. To the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with luxurious four piece bathroom including a claw foot bath and separate shower cubicle. To the right of Kings Cottage is Kings House, a much larger property which is also available to rent (see www.kingshousewokingham.com).
Parking is available on request at a nearby gated car park.
We can arrange airport pick-ups and restaurant recommendations for guests who are not familiar with the local area.
